Hola a todos, la verdad tenia un poco olvidado este blog y tenia tiempo en no publicar nada. Con esta publicación retomo la labor que vengo haciendo desde hace un par de años en publicar algunos artículos y guías clínicas sobre los temas más comunes en cualquier servicio de medicina interna.
