USO CONTEMPORANEO DE LA DIGOXINA

HEPARINA PROFILÁCTICA
Es común encontrarnos ante pacientes que por sus condiciones clínicas se encuentran postrados durante largos periodos de tiempo o que son sometidos a cirugias ortopédicas, siendo ambas condiciones factores de riesgo para el desarrollo de tromboembolismo venosos por lo cual la prevencion de esto último con la utilización de heparinas es de gran importancia. SINDROME CARDIORENAL
